These Terms of Service govern your use of the CROWNSWELL website and the purchase of our products. By placing a pre-order or using our site, you accept these terms.

1. About us

CROWNSWELL is a brand operated by Olivier Melisse. Contact: crownswellhaircare@gmail.com.

2. Pre-orders

A pre-order is a reservation of a product before it has been manufactured and shipped. Pre-orders are subject to the following terms:

• A refundable deposit of $5 is collected at the time of reservation
• The remaining balance ($34 for a $39 unit) is charged 7 days before shipment
• You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund
• Estimated shipping date: August 2026 (subject to manufacturing timeline)
• If shipment is delayed by more than 60 days, you are entitled to a full refund
• Pre-orders are limited to 600 units for the first batch

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable sales tax. We accept payments via Stripe (credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your payment information is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

4. Shipping

The first batch ships to the continental United States only (lower 48 states). Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international orders will be available with batch 2 in Q4 2026. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

5. Refunds and returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. To request a return, email crownswellhaircare@gmail.com with your order number. The product must be in original condition. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the product is defective.

6. Product warranty

We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, or normal wear.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, product designs) is the property of CROWNSWELL and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

CROWNSWELL is a trademark in registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CROWNSWELL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CROWNSWELL harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of our products, violation of these terms, or violation of third-party rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be resolved in French courts, unless you reside in the United States, in which case consumer protection laws of your state may apply.
