Shipping
All pre-orders ship in August 2026 from our US fulfillment center. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.
- Region: Continental United States only (lower 48 states) for batch 1
- Carrier: USPS or UPS Ground (depending on destination)
- Estimated delivery: 3 – 7 business days after dispatch
- Cost: Free for all pre-orders
- Tracking: Provided by email
Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom will open with our second batch in Q4 2026. Join our waitlist to be notified.
Pre-order timeline
- Day 0 (today): $5 refundable deposit charged
- July 2026: Email update on manufacturing and shipping schedule
- August 2026 — week 1: Final balance ($34) charged to your card on file
- August 2026 — week 2: Orders shipped, tracking sent by email
- August 2026 — week 3: Delivery to your door
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your final balance is charged. Email crownswellhaircare@gmail.com with your order number. Your $5 deposit will be refunded within 5 business days to your original payment method.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your CROWNSWELL after delivery, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund (excluding return shipping costs).
To start a return:
- Email crownswellhaircare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorization within 1 business day
- Ship the product back in original packaging, deflated, with all accessories
- Refund is processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product
Defective products
If you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of charge, including return shipping. Please send photos of the defect to crownswellhaircare@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Warranty
Our 12-month manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. See our Terms of Service for full warranty details.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at crownswellhaircare@gmail.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost to you.
